Aqua Workouts have been proven to be a safe form of exercise for all fitness levels, not to mention a cool workout!

We know it can be a challenge to get away from the house with kids home for the summer or maybe you’re a little shy to don your bathing suit or drive home with wet hair…whatever the reason, we make it easy and come to you! You provide the pool and we’ll provide the rest! Depending on your pool size, we can accommodate up to 6 people. No prior swimming experience is needed.

Aqua Zumba has arrived, in addition to our regular water workout, join us for the ultimate pool party!

Water aerobics is for everyone, especially athletes who are training for a marathon or fear getting injured while training.
