Human movement radiates from the body’s center or core. The goals in pilates are to strengthen the core, improve posture and body alignment, and coordinate the mind and body to gain a better sense of awareness. Our intimate studio allows us to give our clients the individual attention needed to meet these pilates goals.
Our classes vary with the different pilates apparates: mat, reformer, Wunda chair and springboard, each type of class focuses on the pilates principles while meeting our clients goals. We combine the classical program with modifications for functional movement to help improve daily living.
